This is the start of an inspiration patch, where I hope that fellow scrappers and creators will come and find some inspiration, or even leave some inspiration for me.

Mixed Media Tag - Penelope Dee/ Distress Inks

Hello Everyone

I have still been having fun experimenting with inks etc. etc.
So I have made yet another tag! LOL

Here it is.


I used the new Penelope Dee poppy stamp.  It really is so pretty, along with a paper die-cut, which I used as a stencil for the background and some distress ink.

Here's some close-ups.


I used some BoBunny pearlescent Licorice for the poppy middles.


I love how it turned out! ;-)

I am mostly over my cold and flu now.  It's still lingering a bit but I am feeling heaps better.

    on my table now are set for new-born - album, notebook and boxes (and all of them made only by a half! LOL) and in my thoughts are also lavender album and several layouts ))))

    Glad you're feeling better. Loving the almost 'rainbow' on the bg and that poppy stamp looks REALLY nice. And that's from the anti-flower peep!!!!

    A delightful tag Denise - I love the delicate shadow stamping in the background on the MM. Hope your weekend is wonderful now that you are feeling better. I have a baby photo on some older Kaiser papers on my desk. I'm a bit stuck; hoping for some inspiration today.
