This is the start of an inspiration patch, where I hope that fellow scrappers and creators will come and find some inspiration, or even leave some inspiration for me.

Wedding Card - BoBunny Boulevard Collection

Hello Everyone

I hope that everyone is smiling today and that you are having a good one.

Today I have a wedding card to share with you, using the beautiful Boulevard collection from BoBunny.

I also handmade all the flowers for this card too.
I love making flowers and have a real sense of accomplishment when they are made and end up being so pretty! ;-)

Here's a closer look.

I have used a number of different dies too for the leaves and bits, some BoBunny and some no-name dies.

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog today!
I really appreciate the visits!

Have a fabulous day!

Wedding Card - Penelope Dee Wanderlust

Hello Everyone

I hope that Monday treated you well! ;-)

Today I am sharing a card that I made for a colleague last week, that is getting married.
I was tasked with making a card that many people can sign.

Here is the card I made, using all sorts of bits and pieces from various Penelope Dee collections.

I used postal stamps to add to the background and then layered up the circles.

I added these gorgeous flowers, along with the wording.

I created little pockets on the inside and added paper squares, so that everyone could just take a little square and add their message.
I thought that was quite a good idea for many messages.

I know this card had a bit of a travel and journey theme...but that was the idea, of starting a new journey of marriage and then travelling through life.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Wishing you a fabulous day!

Wedding Card - Scrapberry's and Docrafts/Papermania

Hello Everyone

A colleague at work asked me to make a card for a wedding that he is attending next month.
So I made a card to match the wedding invitation.

Here's the card.

I used the Scrapberry's Words Live Forever collection, along with some Papermania/Docrafts All Aboard bits and pieces and stamps.

I layered up quite a few papers and bits and then also added some stamping.

I coloured the chippie leaves with distress oxide and then gave it a spritz and then also added those vibrant little poppies.

I think it's a layered yet simple and elegant.

Thanks so much for popping in!
I really appreciate the visit!
Have a great day!

Wedding Card - Prima Rossi Belle

Hello Everyone

I hope that you are having a restful and good weekend.

I have spent a lot of time creating this weekend and so it has been really good for my soul.

Recently, I had to make a wedding card for someone at work.
So I used the really pretty Rossi Bellem colllection from Prima.
It has been ages since I created a Prima project.

Here is what I created.

This collection is really so pretty and gorgeous for a wedding card.

Here's a closer look.

There are quite a number of layers.

Considering the background paper was so pretty, but also busy, I did not need to add any stamping or mixed media.

I love the addition of those black, little flowers.  They really do make this card pop.

Thanks so much for stopping by today!
I hope you have a fabulous Sunday!

Wedding Card - BoBunny Bella Rosa Collection

Hello Everyone

A friend at work asked me to make a card for a wedding that they were going to.
It wasn't a difficult choice and so I reached for the pretty BoBunny Bella Rosa collection.

I was asked not to add too many flowery elements, as the bride is not really into flowers and flowery things. If anyone know me, I just looooove flowers, so I had to keep myself in check.
I used die-cuts and layers, rather than flowers.

Just 3 leeeeetle flowers! ;-))))

Thanks so much for your visit.
Have a fabulous start to the week.

Wedding Card - BoBunny Juliet & Sizzix Bigz Die - Calliope Item #661243

Hello Everyone

I hope that you are all having a super day! ;-)

I have a friend at work, whose daughter is getting married in a few weeks time!
He's such a good pal and always helps me out with this and that and so I told him that I would make a card for him, for his daughter.
He is really emotional about this wedding coming up and I can just imagine what he will be like on the day.

Anyways, so I really wanted to make a special card for him to give to his daughter.

Here it is.

I used the BoBunny Juliet Collection.  This is still one of my most favourite and romantic collections.

I used a gorgeous swirly chipboard from Enmarc, which I distress embossed and I also used a Tim Holtz stencil and distress ink to create the stencilled background.

As you know I have also been making my own flowers and this is one that I so love, becuase the colouring is so soft and beautiful! ;-)

Once again I used my favourite Sizzix die! ;-)

Hello Everyone

Firstly, thanks so much for all of you that left such lovely and encouraging comments on my previous post! I really appreciate them so much! xx

Now to today's business...LOL, which is a wedding card that a friend asked me to make for him.  His friends son is getting married on Saturday.

I used the gorgeous Garden Journal collection from BoBunny.

My friend had also given me their names from the invite, so I thought I should use them on the card too.

I just love the chipboard pieces from this collection, they really are so fabulous!
I could not resist using them! ;-)

It's a lush and decadent card...everything that weddings are about!! ;-)
Anyways...hopefully he's happy with it.

Been to any weddings lately? I love a good wedding! LOL
