This is the start of an inspiration patch, where I hope that fellow scrappers and creators will come and find some inspiration, or even leave some inspiration for me.

Hello Everyone

I created some cards with this pretty collection and I am sharing one with you today.

Today is a Celebration Tag - Distress Oxides

Hello Everyone

I hope you had a good weekend and that Monday has been kind to you! ;-)

A few weeks back I was playing with my distress oxides and embossing powders.
I used an embossing folder over a distress oxide inked background and then added some white embossing over the raised edges.

I then also added some white spritz over the entire tag.  It gave it such a soft and gorgeous look.

I don't think I will ever stop playing with my oxides and inks.
There is just so much that one can do! ;-)

Lastly I added a bit of a burnt, dark edge to the tag, which I also love.

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog today!
I hope it inspires you to play, play play!!!! -)

Cheers for now

Embossed Tag - Distress Oxides

Hello Everyone

Apologies for being missing for a week. I have been rather busy creating and preparing for classes and so haven't had much time to sit in front of the PC.

I have an embossed tag to share with you today.
I also played with my distress oxides and love the result.

Here's a closer look.

I tried to only touch the raised edges with the embossing sponge and so these are the areas where the most heat embossing took place! ;-)

Thanks so much for popping in, for this short post.
I hope you have a fabulous day!
